  2. Ballpark Estimate

    In the following few days we'll produce a high level estimate for your project. We'll then walk you through the components so you understand what's involved.

  3. Discovery

    We'll conduct a workshop and/or research to deeply understand what's required.

    3 Hour Workshop

    For we'll conduct a workshop to understand your requirements, including the needs of each user, any technical constraints and importantly, the key success factors for the project.

    User Experience Research

    For we'll lead you through a user research process that typically involves in depth interviews with users, designing mockup solutions and presenting these back to users. This process consistently yields new, important insights.

    Development & Testing

    See your project come to life! You'll work closely with a project manager and the whole team including a technical lead, the developers, a tester and a user experience design specialist.

    Work is done in agile sprints with regular demonstrations to you and, if possible, the end users of your system.

    It's important to make a great first impression. You'll be actively supported through the launch process and we're here in to quickly address any teething problems.
